When will I get my coffee?

For customers in Kamloops, BC, we deliver straight to your doorstep the first week of the month. For customers outside of Kamloops, we send out shipments on the first Wednesday of each month.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription by reaching out to admin@heyneighbourcoffeeroasters.com.

Can I get my order shipped early?

Yes, please email us at admin@heyneighbourcoffeeroasters.com to confirm that with us.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

It will take anywhere from 2-7 business days for shipping within Canada.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We do not ship outside of Canada as of right now.

How do the subscriptions work?

Select either 2 or 3 bags per month. We'll choose the coffee for you, or you can request specific bags by emailing us at admin@heyneighbourcoffeeroasters.com
